Omate TrueSmart is a smartwatch from Omate and is a Kickstarter projects which has successfully raised $773,216 USD (pledged goal of $100,000 USD). Unlike other smartwatches Omate TrueSmart works independently without the need of smartphone since it has built-in SIM card slot which supports for 2G, 3G and many other bands.

We can also pair Omate TrueSmart with smartphones like any other smartwatch. Omate TrueSmart has built-in virtual keyboard, Swipe control, Voice-to-Text input for better interaction with the smartwatch.
The developer version of the smartwatch costs $199 USD with access to SDK and developer forum. The release date of retail version of the smartwatch is yet to be announced.
